Return Process

  Log into your Ledisa account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with all original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
